1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting goods for shipment with Angeluni Shipping & Logistics Company, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your shipment.
2. Shipment Submission
The sender is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during shipment submission is accurate and complete. Angeluni Shipping & Logistics shall not be held liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the sender.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited: illegal substances, firearms and ammunition, explosives, counterfeit goods, live animals, perishable items without prior arrangement, and any items prohibited by Nigerian law or international shipping regulations.
4. Liability & Insurance
Angeluni Shipping & Logistics Company shall exercise reasonable care in handling all shipments. However, our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods. We strongly recommend that senders obtain appropriate insurance for high-value items. We are not liable for damage caused by improper packaging.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Angeluni Shipping & Logistics shall not be liable for consequential losses arising from delays.
6. Customs & Duties
The receiver is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees applicable at the destination. Angeluni Shipping & Logistics will not be responsible for goods held at customs due to incomplete documentation or non-payment of duties.
7. Packaging
The sender is responsible for ensuring goods are adequately packaged to withstand normal handling during transit. Angeluni Shipping & Logistics reserves the right to refuse shipments that are inadequately packaged.
8. Claims & Disputes
Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained. All disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during shipment submission is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your shipment. We do not share your information with third parties except as required for delivery operations.
10. Amendments
Angeluni Shipping & Logistics reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
